21 NCAC 34B .0616          BODY IDENTIFICATION TAGS

A funeral establishment shall immediately place a body identification tag as set forth in G.S. 90-210.29A on a dead human body entering the funeral establishment's physical premises. Unused body identification tags shall be kept on the premises of each funeral establishment at all times and are subject to inspection by the Board and its authorized agents.
